Resolution amending Resolution No. 876, effective December 16, 2003 entitled "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Miryam's and North Side Common Ministries for administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for the shelters under the State Emergency Shelter Grant Program" so as to delete North Side Common Ministries and add the "Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank" as a cost not to exceed $67,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 876 effective December 16, 2003 which presently reads as follows: "The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with Miryam's and North Side Common Ministries for the payment of administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant program, as a cost not to exceed $67,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.E.S.G.P. Account No. 566100-2640-110000-S2003-G225014-2003."
is hereby amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with Miryam's and the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank for the payment of administrative, operating and/or renovation costs for shelters serving the homeless under the State Emergency Shelter Grant program, as a cost not to exceed $67,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the S.E.S.G.P. Account No. 566100-2640-110000-S2003-G225014-2003."
Section 2. Any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
