Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2001 Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Dollars (797,995.00) Seven Hundred Twenty Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Five Dollars ($726,495.00) chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
