Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Commission on Human Relations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with the EnterChange Group, LLC, to provide strategic planning and training to the Commission. This legislation authorizes the encumbrance for one (1) year in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
