Title
Resolution accepting the location of proposed right-of-way for modifications to the HOV entrance at Reedsdale Street and Mazeroski Way on the North Shore, in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Whereas, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that all owners of the property fronting or abutting on the parcel referenced as “A” as set forth on the attached drawing (Exhibit A) in the 22nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a Resolution for the Acceptance of the Dedication of the Proposed Location of the above mentioned right-of-way.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That accepting the locations of proposed (right-of-way only), of property owned by the Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, beginning at the existing r/w line on the south side of Reedsdale Street, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; to a point on a curve, having a radius of 992.53 feet and a central angle of 13°38'54”, thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 236.43 feet, said arc subtended by a chord bearing N 83°56'29” E, a distance of 235.87 feet, thence N 87°30'05” E 132.74 feet, to a point on a curve, having a radius of 78.00 feet and a central angle of 43°21'14”, thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 59.02 feet, said arc subtended by a chord bearing S 35°08'46” E, a distance of 57.62 feet, thence S 13°28'09” E 17.68 feet, to a point on a curve, having a radius of 48.00 feet and a central angle of 32°02'17”, thence along the arc of said curve a distance of 26.88 feet, said arc subtended by a chord bearing N 29°29'17” W, a distance of 26.49 feet, thence S 87° 15'00” W 52.83 feet, thence N 75°45'10” W 52.44 feet, thence S 87°15'00” W 134.96 feet, thence N 86°38'22” W 108.13 feet, thence N 89°14'04” W 45.12 feet, and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
