Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Ecotone, Inc. in the amount of Thirteen Thousand ($13,000) dollars for composting services at the Homewood Healthy Active Living Center in fulfillment of the SoilMill Pgh Pilot, a component of the USDA Composting and Food Waste Grant managed by the Department of City Planning, chargeable and payable from account 1129400369.53901.
