Title

Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a quit claim deed for property, designated as Block 14 C,  Lot 60,  in the 18th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, to Michael R. Kosko, Jr. & Michelle Kosko, his wife, for the sum of $500.00.

 

Body

WHEREAS:   The City of Pittsburgh owns certain property in the 18th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh; and

 

WHEREAS:   Said property is no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh, and

 

WHEREAS:   Michael R. Kosko and Michelle Kosko, his wife, 3108 Kestner Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15227, property owners in the neighborhood,  having submitted a proposal to purchase said property for $500.00 for additional yard space;

 

Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

 

Section 1.                     That the proper officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a Quit Claim deed, in form approved by the City Solicitor, to Michael R. Kosko & Michelle Kosko, his wife, conveying  the following described property.

PURCHASE PRICE:  $ 500.00

LOT:   90    X    48  X  42  X  40  X  48    X  8     ZONING:   PO

LOCATION:   1047 Arlington Avenue   

ACQUIRED:   December 9, 1968   PURCHASE

WARD:    18   BLOCK:   14 C   LOT:   60

COUNCIL DISTRICT #3

 

 

SECTION 2.                     Be it further resolved that said conveyance shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

All state and local transfer taxes shall be paid by the purchaser, if any

 

All proper closing charges shall be paid by the purchaser.
