Resolution Further amending Resolution No. 654, effective October 25, 2001, entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with City Council's 2001 Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," " by adding West Pittsburgh Partnership West End-Elliott Park New Building Equipment $23,389 in Council District 2 and East Liberty Chamber of Commerce $9,500, in Council District 9.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2001 Neighborhood Needs Supplement Program in an amount not to exceed One Million Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($1,038,837.26) One Million Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred Five Dollars and Twenty-Six Cents ($1,071,805.26) chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
