Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 796, effective January 1, 2014, is hereby amended by reducing the 2014 Street Resurfacing line item by $200,000.00 and by creating the Pittsburgh Priority Communities Initiative in the amount of $200,000.00 as follows:
