Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of City Planning and Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership for the purpose of participating in the City of Tomorrow Challenge and assist the City in developing a regional transportation vision and provide for the payment at a cost thereof, not to exceed $55,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:
Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, Design, Construction, and Inspection Services
