Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a cooperation agreement or agreements in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand ($725,000) Dollars from Organization:  840000, Project:  2255899, Fund: 2610, Account:  595000, Sub Class:  C2002,  Budget Year:  2002, Capital Equipment Acquisition with the Pittsburgh Equipment Leasing authority for the purchase of vehicles, radios and other capital equipment for provision of City services to be used by City of Pittsburgh Departments and Authorities.
