Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an Agreement with the Urban Redevelopment Authority for the use of vacant lot property located at 812 Penn Circle North (83-P-60) for the 2018 Farmers’ Market season. The agreement shall be for $1.00. The Agreement shall be in form and substance approved by the City Solicitor.
