Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of  Five Thousand ($5,000) Dollars from the Bureau of Administration's Salary Account, Organization Code: 121000,  Account: 511000,  Fund: 1000,  Sub: 010, Budget Year:  2001 to the Premium Pay Account, Organization Code 121000,  Account:  516000,  Fund:  1000,  Sub:  020,  Budget Year: 2001.  This transfer is necessary to cover the last three pay periods of 2001.
