Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with Threat Suppression Inc. for providing training and consulting services with regard to suppression of serious threats to public safety such as a scenario involving an active shooter. Said Agreement(s) shall be for a term of three years at an overall cost not to exceed Twenty-One Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($21,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following account codes in their respective budget years:
