Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of Public Works are herby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the South Pittsburgh Development Corporation, in form approved by the City Solicitor for the construction, maintenance and use of dog litter bag dispensers at various locations in the Brookline Community, Plan identified as Accession D-550 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works, in the 19^th Ward, 4^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
