ยง 719.05 A Permitted Locations

(a) Based upon sites reviewed and approved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, the Director of the Department of Public Works or his/her assign shall compile a list of permitted locations where the presence of vending units on the sidewalk, park or trail would be compatible with the public interest in use of parks, waterway shores, trails and street and sidewalk areas as public right of way.
