Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Article III - Overlay Zoning Districts, Chapter 906 -  Environmental Overlay Districts, is amended by making technical corrections at subsection 906.07.E.1(e),  correcting the Storm Frequency Table for release rates in the Girty's Run Watershed, and at sub-section 906.07.F.2 - Storm Frequencies in the Monongahela River Watershed,  correcting the Storm Frequency Table for peak stormwater discharge, as follows:

906.07.F.2  Storm Frequencies
 
Stormwater management facilities on all development sites shall control the peak stormwater discharge for the 2-, 10-, 25-, and 100-year storm frequencies. The SCS 24-hour, Type II Rainfall Distribution shall be used for analyzing stormwater runoff for both pre and post development conditions. The 24-hour total rainfall for these storm frequencies in the watershed are:
