Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with agencies to provide Supportive Services related to the HOME-ARP program for a total not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00).   

 Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
