Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Department of City Planning, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor with The Kingsley Association for administrative, operating, maintenance, and/or construction costs related to the Lincoln/Larimer Community Service Center at a cost not exceed $500,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
