Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority seeks to amend the resolution authorizing its acquisition of the above parcels designated as Block 125-G, Lots 42 and 43.


Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution 384 of 2020, effective July 31, 2020, which originally read as follows:

Section 1. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses relating to such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 125-G, Lots 42, 43, 51, and 64, located at the north side of Kelly Street, between 5th Avenue on the west and the railroad right-of-way on the east, and the south side of Frankstown Avenue, also between 5th Avenue on the west and the railroad right-of-way on the east, in the 12th Ward of the city of Pittsburgh (Council District No.9).

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses relating to such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 125-G, Lots 51 ...
