Resolution amending Resolution 384 of 2020, effective July 31, 2020, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh to Acquire all of the City's right, title, and interest, if any, in and to the following publicly-owned properties in the 12th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 125-G, Lots 42, 43, 51, and 64, located at the north side of Kelly Street, between 5th Avenue on the west and the railroad right-of-way on the east, and the south side of Frankstown Avenue, also between 5th Avenue on the west and the railroad right-of-way on the east (Council District No. 9)."

Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority seeks to amend the resolution authorizing its acquisition of the above parcels designated as Block 125-G, Lots 42 and 43.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution 384 of 2020, effective July 31, 2020, which originally read as follows:
Section 1. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses relating to such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 125-G, Lots 42, 43, 51, and 64, located at the north side of Kelly Street, between 5th Avenue on the west and the railroad right-of-way on the east, and the south side of Frankstown Avenue, also between 5th Avenue on the west and the railroad right-of-way on the east, in the 12th Ward of the city of Pittsburgh (Council District No.9).
Is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. That the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to acquire, for the sum of $1.00 plus all necessary and incidental expenses relating to such acquisition, all the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to publicly-owned properties known as Block 125-G, Lots 51 ...
