Resolution amending Resolution No. 105 of 2024, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of City Planning to enter into an amended Professional Services Agreement with Bromberg & Associates LLC for effective communication services for City meetings and events, by correcting the funding account.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, City Clerk, and Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Bromberg & Associates LLC for the purposes of providing effective communication services for City meetings and events at a cost not to exceed $478,976.00 (Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars and No Cents) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Capital Budgets, Department of City Planning; 2023 Operating Budget, Office of the Mayor; 2024 Operating Budget, Office of the City Clerk, Office of the Mayor:
