Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to enter into an amended professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn for work on the City Wide Intelligent Transportation Systems Project; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Three Hundred Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-One Dollars ($313,561.00), an increase of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
