Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $20,000.00 from the HUD Trust Fund, Fund 2630, Organization 105000, Sub Class 600, Account 511000, Budget Year 2002 to the Commission on Human Relations Salaries Account, Fund 1000, Organization 105000, Sub Class 010, Account 511000, Budget Year 2002 to cover an anticipated shortfall for staff salaries in Budget Year 2002.
