Be it resolved by the council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement (s) and / or Contract(s) with Malady & Wooten, Inc. for professional consulting services for state government legislative services and providing for the payment of costs thereof not to exceed Two Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand dollars ($264,000) over four years, chargeable and payable from the following JD Edwards account(s):

 

$66,000 from 11101.102200.53.53101.2026

$66,000 from 11101.102200.53.53101.2027

$66,000 from 11101.102200.53.53101.2028

$66,000 from 11101.102200.53.53101.2029

 

 

Section 2. Said Agreement(s) and / or Contract(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
