Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh (“City”), to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC (“Peoples Gas”) to allow the integration of natural gas service for a City facilities architecture project in Riverview Park, at no cost to the City.

WHEREAS, the City facilities architecture project would take place at Riverview Park’s Activities Building, Whiskey Building, and pool building for gas line replacement.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh (“City”), are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC (“Peoples Gas”) to allow the integration of natural gas service for a City facilities architecture project in Riverview Park, at no cost to the City.
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
