Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements in connection with the Bridge Inspection and Maintenance Program at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00 chargeable to the following:
