Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Section 1 of Resolution Number 816 of 2015, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget” is hereby amended as follows, so as to move $50,000 from the Cox Ave Flood Control deliverable within Flood Control Projects to the Lewis Deck Hockey Relocation to McBride deliverable within Park Reconstruction.
