Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article III, Chapter 902, Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 11 by changing from "RM-H" Residential Multi-Unit High Density and "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial to "AP" Residential/Commercial Planned Unit Development all that certain property identified as lot and block numbers 51-M-136, 51-M-259 and 51-M-259A in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 7^th Ward.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 902.03.A, Zoning District Map No. 11 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from "RM-H" Residential Multi-Unit High Density and "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial to "AP" Residential/Commercial Planned Unit Development all that certain property identified as lot and block numbers 51-M-136, 51-M-259 and 51-M-259A in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 7^th Ward.

Section 2.  This amendment shall take effect only upon the recording of a Planning Commission approved Improvement Subdivision Site Plan for the subject property in the office of the Recorder of Deeds, County of Allegheny, within two years of the date of enactment of this Ordinance.
