Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Building and Fire Code Academy, in the amount of $25,000, for 10 day training seminar (Understanding the 2009 International Building Code), chargeable to and payable from the following account:
