Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, allowing for tree removal, tree pruning and maintenance, and tree planting in CDBG eligible areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, allowing for tree removal, tree pruning and maintenance, and tree planting in CDBG eligible areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand dollars, ($50,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Org, 102000, Sub-Class C2006, Project/Grant G228888, Account 525500, Budget Year 2006.
