Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Digital Harbor Foundation to expand Rec2Tech programming into Jefferson Recreation Center and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with Digital Harbor Foundation in order to receive a grant award in the amount of TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars for the purpose of expanding Rec2Tech programming into Jefferson Recreation Center. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 5029400312.48311.00.

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contractors, or utilize existing Agreements or Contractors and not to exceed TEN THOUSAND ($10,000.00) dollars for the purposes of expanding Rec2Tech programming into Jefferson Recreation Center under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Digital Harbor Foundation chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 5029400312.50000.00.
