Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, for Design and Construction of Handicap Ramps in Various Locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00 chargeable to and payable from Account 600000, Fund 2610, Org 301000, Sub-Class C2002, Project/Grant 2220060, Budget Year 2002.
