Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements with Employee Benefit Data Services, Inc. for professional services in connection with the administration of the City of Pittsburgh COBRA program and Flexible Spending Account program commencing January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2010 at a cost not to exceed $51,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for Employee Benefit Data Services, Inc. to provide professional services in connection with the administration of the City of Pittsburgh COBRA program and Flexible Spending Account program commencing January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2010 at a cost not to exceed fifty one thousand dollars ($51,000), chargeable and payable from Code Account 45, Health Care Benefits, Index Code 004507, Account 571100, Organization 999300, Fund 1000, Sub Class 040, Budget Year 2008, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
