Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to pay over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania the sum of Fifty-four Thousand, Seven-Hundred and Fifty-one Dollars and Forty-four Cents ($54,751.44) as follows:
