Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor with the PCRG-Vacant Property Working Group for administrative support in coordinating, monitoring, identifying, and developing various issues related to vacant properties in the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed $60,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2002 CDBG Program, "City Planning",
