Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 902.01.C, Zoning District Map No. 7 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change from Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict B (GPR-B) to Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict A (GPR-A) certain property bounded by Grandview Avenue; the westerly boundary line of Lot 52, Block 1-J; the Park and Open Space (PO) District boundary line north of Grandview Avenue and west of P. J. McArdle Roadway; the northerly and easterly boundary line of Lot 209, Block 1-N; Grandview Avenue; P. J. McArdle Roadway; the easterly boundary line of Lot 288, Block 1-N; Grandview Avenue; the westerly boundary line of Lot 13, Block 4-C; the "RM-M" zoning district boundary line located south of Grandview Avenue between Shiloh Street and Kearsarge Street; Kearsarge Street; Fetzer Street; the easterly boundary line of Lot 54 and the northerly boundary line of Lots 54 and 28, Block 1-P; Bertha Street; the northerly boundary line of Lot 25, Block 1-P; the easterly boundary line of Lot 5 and the easterly and northerly boundary line of Lot 6, Block 1-P; Ulysses Street; the northerly boundary line of Lot 299, Block 1-N; the westerly boundary line of Lot 266, Block 1-N; the westerly and northerly boundary line of Lot 268, Block 1-N; Merrimac Street; the "R2-L" zoning district boundary line located south of Grandview Avenue between Merrimac Street and Bigham Street; and Bigham Street - 19th ward.
