Resolution granting unto 2601 Smallman Associates, LLC, 1251 Waterfront Place, Suite 510, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, landscaping areas, stairs and handicap ramp in the 2nd Ward, 7th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That the 2601 Smallman Associates, LLC, 1251 Waterfront Place, Suite 510, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense:
* Smallman Street
ADA concrete ramp with metal rail ten feet two inches (10.2') x nine feet four inches (9.4')
(4) Four landscape areas: 24.8' x 9.4'; 4.4' x 5.7'; 11.4' x 9.4'; 7.3' x 20.7' All landscaping to meet City of Pittsburgh specifications and be privately maintained by the property owner.
Entrance stairs and walk 5.2'x 9.4'
Per Exhibit A, located on the 12' sidewalk area of Smallman Street, for 2601 Smallman Street, Allegheny County Lot & Block 25-J-182, in the 2nd Ward, 7th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-828 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
Section2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
