Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Elliot Newman, Arbitrator, 687 State Route 30, Clinton, PA 15026 in an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,420.00) for professional services in connection with the Police Officer Eugene Hlavac Arbitration matter without previous authority of law, chargeable to and payable from Account 521500, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2011.
