Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of City Planning are authorized to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)’s Local Share Account Statewide to provide funding for voluntary buyout program in the Saw Mill Run Watershed. The grant proposal includes an ask of ONE MILLION ($1,000,000) dollars for this stated purpose.
