Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of The Allegheny County Bureau of Elections, 604 County Office Building, Suite 604, 542 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-2953 in the amount of $47,709.03 in payment of costs associated with the Special Election held on February 25, 2003 to fill the vacancy of Council District #7, payable from Fund 1000, Org 101200, SubClass 140, Account 561400, Budget Year 2003.
