Resolution amending Res. 98, effective March 5, 2008 entitled "Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license from Pizza Hut of America, Inc. 6347 Library Road, Library PA, 15129, to Applicant, Packs & Dogs, LLC, c/o Leonard F. Semplice, 320 Fort Duquesne Boulevard, 7-G Gateway Towers, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, for the premises located at 225-227 Shiloh Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15211, known as Packs & Dogs, LLC, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461," to correct the license number to read PLCB License E-4731.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Amending Res. 98, effective March 5, 2008 entitled "Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, from Pizza Hut of America, Inc. 6347 Library Road, Library PA, 15129, to Applicant, Packs & Dogs, LLC, c/o Leonard F. Semplice, 320 Fort Duquesne Boulevard, 7-G Gateway Towers, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, for the premises located at 225-227 Shiloh Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15211, known as Packs & Dogs, LLC, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461," to correct the license number throughout Resolution 98/2008 from PLCB License No. R-7620 to PLCB License No. E-4731.
