Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, in connection with the Schenley Golf Course Enhancement Program at a cost not to exceed $ 200,000.00 chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2238452, Budget Year 2002, Account 525500, Department

of Public Works.
