Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to assist the City of Pittsburgh Bureau of Police with operating the Zone 2 Cultural District Substation. Donated monies shall be deposited into the Facilities Trust Fund account 0730125015.48311.00.
