Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for materials, supplies, at various CDBG locations throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2004, Project Number 2220092, Budget Year 2004, Account 525500, Department of Public Works.
