Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) for the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to access HACP’s land for tree planting and trail establishment, at a City cost not to exceed One Dollar ($1.00) for the duration of the project.

WHEREAS, HACP’s land parcel is 83-S-15; and
WHEREAS, the project will result in connecting Liberty Green to Highland Park.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh (“HACP”) for the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) to access HACP’s land for tree planting and trail establishment, at a City cost not to exceed One Dollar ($1.00) for the duration of the project.
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
