Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Corliss Tunnel project, and providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), reimbursable at eighty percent.
