Resolution repealing resolution number 206 of 1991, entitled “PROVIDING for the creation of a special trust fund to be known as the City Clerk’s Vending Trust Fund (CCVTF) for the deposit of funds to be used for the purchase of miscellaneous items” and further transferring any remaining funds in the Vending Trust Fund to the Archives and Records Management Trust Fund.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution number 206 of 1991, which currently reads as follows:
Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized to create a special trust fund to be designated as the “City Clerk’s Vending Trust Fund” (CCVTF) for the deposit of funds from vending machines to be used for the purchase of miscellaneous items.

is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer any and all remaining funds in the City Clerk’s Vending Trust Fund, JDE Job Number 1012877000, Fund number 78770, also known as the Vending Trust Fund-Council, to the Archives and Records Management Trust Fund, JDE Job Number 1012877000, Fund number 78770
Section 3. Any money received from the vending machines on the fifth floor shall be deposited into the general fund.
