Resolution providing for the execution of a License and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation and Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the installation and maintenance of accent lighting on the Hot Metal Bridge. (Council Districts 3 and 6).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into a License and Maintenance Agreement with Pittsburgh History and Landmarks Foundation ("PHLF") and Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA"), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, authorizing PHFL to install and energize, at its own cost and expense, architectural accent lighting on the Hot Metal Bridge, providing for the payment by the City of the electricity consumed by the accent lighting and the maintenance of the floodlight fixture lighting component, and the maintenance by URA of the multi-colored rope/tube lighting component for a period of five years.
