Title
Granting unto Heinz USA, 1317 River Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212, their successors and assigns, an encroachment to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, (2) two storm water drains that will cross under River Avenue, in the 23rd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. That the Heinz USA, 1317 River Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212, their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, (2) two storm water drain (1) being 24" in diameter concrete reinforced pipe and the other being 30" in diameter concrete reinforced pipe both encased in 42" diameter in steel crossing the entire width of River Avenue. The 24" storm line will begin at Heinz Gate 8" and run perpendicular for a distance of 42' +. The 30" storm line will begin at the "New Entry Drive on River Avenue" and run perpendicular for a distance of 23' +. The elevation of the 24" diameter is 16' + below street grade and the elevation of the 30" diameter storm drain is 7' +, in the 23rd Ward, 1st Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-438 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
