Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with H.W. Lochner, Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Design Phase for the Pittsburgh City Steps project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($669,850.78), to be paid from the following accounts:
