Resolution further amending Resolution No. 403, as amended, entitled, "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 6; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by creating new line items "Nadia TrackClub" $3,000, "Bidwell Church" $10,000, "Hill District Mural" $6,000, "African American Cultural Center" $25,000, "House of the Crossroads: Kennard Basketball Security" $5,000, "House of the Crossroads: Ozanam Basketball" $5,000, "House of the Crossroads: Ammon Basketball" $5,000, "AJAPO" $5,000 and by deleting the following line items "Perry Hilltop Citizens Council Learning Center" $45,000, Brighton Road Business District Sidewalk Improvements" $4,000, "Mexican War Streets Society" $2,000, "Manchester Citizens Council -Community Outreach" $1,500, "Northside Fair Housing Coalition" $10,000, "Charles Street Area Council Title Searches for mini-rise Project" $2,000, "Market Square Association Lunchtime Concert" $5,000 and "Allegheny West BID" $25,000. Total cost of all projects not to exceed $969,500.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 403, effective June 14, 2000, as amended, which currently reads as per attachment Current Budget column;
Is hereby amended to read as per attachment Revised Budget column
